We live in a world today where it is too easy to become overwhelmed with the hundreds of things that we are trying to balance - and all at once! At any given moment, we are forced to attempt to juggle life’s inevitable tasks and challenges. For example, all at once we are:
Trying to close a deal at work with a potential client
Dealing with a conflict at work with your partner
Dealing with some funding issues with your company
Working on a side investment that is falling through
Trying to brainstorm a start-up
Recovering from a difficult conversation that you had with your wife
Dealing with one child that is struggling in school
Another child needs your help with homework tonight

Your doctor wants you to watch your cholesterol
You are planning a surprise birthday party for your parent
The school board needs your help with a new fundraiser campaign
How do we balance all of this? As we all know, when we are scattered too much, when we have too many things to balance - the impact is drastic. The results can lead to:

Trouble feeling like you can be totally present
A constant looming of stress and anxiety
The goal of this seminar is to give you practical tools and techniques to help you not only balance all of the different things in your life at once, but to be able to give each thing the time and effort that it deserves. In addition, the seminar will focus on technology and how it can impact compartmentalization - for better and for worse.
This online seminar is 15 sessions. Each lecture will be between 10 minutes (min.) and 15 minutes (max.). You can listen to them at your convenience, though we encourage you to maintain a pace to complete it over the course of four weeks. Staying up-to-date is the proven way to maximize the insights and tools given in this seminar.
